    I had a great experience here. Brought my Roxy girl to get something on her eyelid and leg removed along with blood work because I did not have her previous records from the vet and due to her age. The staff was so kind, caring and informative. They truly care here, and they are professional. After the procedure was done they explained to me her after care very thorough and how her behavior might be at home (not eating/restroom) due to the anesthesia and that it's normal for pets to be like this after a surgery. The location has plenty of parking and it is very clean. Call to make an appointment.

    I took my Abuelita's dog here who is absolutely not well trained. (Her dog is under 10lbs and a brat, which is why I brought him here and not my Abuelita.) The staff here worked really well with the dog. I did most of the handling; carrying him, holding him down, and making sure he didn't bite anyone. Would it have been mean to ask for a muzzle? The Doctor was quick to ask questions and get down to problem solving. He has a thick accent that I'm not used to but, his front staff cleared up my questions. Price wise, I have no idea. Anything medical costs a black market kidney and I don't see why pet care would be "cheaper." Especially taking into consideration how frustrating it is to work with Humans and imagine working with badly trained animals? Yup, makes sense. I just thanked the staff for their help, paid and went on my way. Notes: The staff do go outside to call the pet's name incase your not inside. There is a little yard in the front to let the pet's walk on leash.

    My cat was injured. This was the only pet hospital opened. All the people there are absolutely wonderful. They took the best care of my cat Chevy. All the follow-up appointments were included in what I originally paid at the initial first visit. I'm so impressed with them and thankful that they are here.

    I been taken my pets at West Covina Pet Hospital for over 40 years. I Can always count on great customer service, great animal caring and knowledge and most importantly it affordable. Last I was there I brought a community cat with an upper respiratory cough. I was so afraid to catch since I have never touched him, just fed him outside. So I bought long puncture proof gloves to be able to put him in a cage. Not sure what it was, the soft spoken voice of the veterinarian or just experience. The vet took the cat out of his cage 5 times for various check ups, including an antibiotic shot and a subcutaneous electrolytes in the back of his neck which the cat patiently waited for the solution to finish. Nothing more than excellent care. I will continue being a loyal client.
